Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team will look to defend their world titles with the W11, with Lewis Hamilton seeking a seventh Drivers' Championship to equal Michael Schumacher's record.
The car is yet to be revealed however the team has unveiled their 2020 livery, which is largely an evolution of their 2019 design (see here). The most notable change is the addition of red to various parts of the car, as part of the team's new partnership with INEOS.
The teal wave surrounding the base of the car (representing Petronas) has also seen some changes, consisting now of solid colours rather than a series of gradients. The three-pointed star pattern (based on the Mercedes badge) is also larger compared to the 2019 car, and retains the single red star in honour of Niki Lauda, who passed away during the 2019 season.
